Making pudding on your own is interesting and easy. It only needs a few steps and ingredients.
At the beginning, we make the caramel first. Heat the water with sugar in slow fire and stir it until it becomes thick and brownish. Then, put the caramel into the molds. After making the caramel, we start to make the pudding liquid. First, heat the milk with sugar. After this, beat 2 eggs and a yolk. Add the beaten eggs into the boiled milk. The pudding liquid is done. Then, put the pudding liquid into the molds. Finally, put the molds on the baking tray which has some water in and bake for 30 minutes. The pudding is ready to be eaten.
